As a creative studio crafting content for future-facing brands, we are committed to operating in a way that respects and preserves our environment, both in our Soho studio and on every production set we step onto.
1. Office & General Operations
- Paperless as Possible
We prioritise digital workflows and actively reduce the use of paper in all areas—from scripts to internal comms. Where printing is essential, we opt for double-sided printing and recycled paper. - Green Tech Use
We maintain energy-efficient office equipment, turn off unused devices, and responsibly recycle or donate old tech. Our cloud-based tools, especially Google Drive, help us run an efficient and low-impact operation. Google Drive is already a carbon-neutral platform powered by renewable energy, making it a smart choice for storing and sharing our creative work. - Mug Life Over Mug Waste
Disposable cups? No thanks. Our team is encouraged to use reusable mugs and water bottles. It’s 2025—we’re sipping sustainably. - Waste Reduction
We recycle all paper, plastics, and electronics in our Soho office. We follow Westminster Council’s recycling guidelines to ensure our practices are aligned with local environmental standards. - Energy Use
Lights off when not needed. Heating and cooling systems are set for comfort and conservation. We also use LED bulbs and energy monitors to track our usage.
2. On-Set & Filming Shoot Days
- Digital-First Production Documents
Call sheets, risk assessments, scripts and schedules are shared digitally by default. Printed copies are opt-in only—and printed double-sided unless otherwise specified. - Responsible Waste Management
Recycling bins are provided at production HQ, unit base, and on location. All crew are briefed to separate waste properly and keep our sets clean and green. - Conscious Catering
No single-use plastic bottles. No disposable cups. We encourage crew and cast to bring their own reusable flasks and bottles. Caterers are briefed on minimising food waste, offering vegetarian options, and using compostable packaging. - Smarter Transport
Where possible, we hire low-emission, hybrid, or electric vehicles for transport, taxis and deliveries. Crew are encouraged to share rides or use public transport. Unnecessary trips are avoided through better scheduling. - Sustainable Consumables
We choose rechargeable batteries and reusable materials over single-use consumables. Departments are asked to reuse supplies where safe and practical. - Sustainable Vendor
We strive to work with third-party vendors who have a clear and active sustainability policy. This includes transport providers, location suppliers, and equipment rental companies. For accommodation, especially when booking rooms in large numbers, we always request to review the hotel’s sustainability policy before confirming. Choosing environmentally responsible partners helps us maintain our own sustainability goals throughout the production process. - Eco-Conscious Wrap
After every shoot, we ensure all lights, heating/cooling systems, and electronics are turned off. Materials are stored properly for future use or responsibly disposed of.
We’re Not Perfect, But We’re Progressing
